ACS Multi-bin for MAS90 and MAS200 improves warehouse productivity and inventory obsolescence.

ACS Multi-bin is designed to improve warehouse workflow, including product picking, movements, receiving, shipping and counting.

The Fully Integrated solution, Multi-bin works with the normal flow and files of the MAS90 and MAS200 system. This improves the warehouse specific tasks right along with the MAS90 and MAS200 usage.

ACS Multi-bin eliminates the dusty inventory that is pushed to the back of the warehouse. Multi-bin assists pickers to use those items before newer inventory. This eliminates the loss of expired inventory and discounts associated with soon to be expired items.

In Sales Order entry items can be allocated from Bins and Lots. Carries forward to
picking sheets, shipping and invoicing. Also used to override automatic inventory
selections.

Multi-Bin Wave Picking Sheet Printing
Wave Picking can print a picking sheets for all selected sales orders with Items
by region and bin location instead of by Sales Order Number. This will allow the
warehouse team to effectively and efficiently pick the items on shipping Sales
Orders.

Multi-Bin Distribution
Complete Multi-Bin for Inventory,Sales Order, Purchase Order andRMA modules. Retains inventory in bin locations in warehouses and retains audit trail. Commit inventory in Sales Order Entry with automaticflow through to shipping and invoicing. Picking sheet list locations of inventory allocated and earmark inventory. Multi-Bin for Bill of Materials
Provides for distribution of items from bins for raw materials and to bins for finished goods. Provides for automatic allocations by primary bin setup and inventory in bin locations on B/M Picking Sheet.

Multi-Bin Work Order
Provides for distribution of items from bins for material issues and to bins for finished goods (completions).Provides for automatic allocations by primary bin setup and inventory in bin locations on W/O Picking Sheet.

Multi-Bin for Barcode
All barcode module transactions are supported for Inventory, Sales Order, PO Receipts and Bill of Materials.

Multi-Bin for Expiration Date Control
Multi-bin tracks lot and serial expiration dates and Manufacturer Lot Numbers. Provides for automatic inventory allocations from expiration dates in Picking Sheet and Multi-Bin Wave printing.

Multi-Bin Bill of Lading
Provides Bill of Lading printing from Sales Orders. Can have unlimited number of sales orders to a Bill. Manage weights, pallets and more for Bill of Ladings. Generates invoices.

Multi-Bin Apparel
Multi-bin provides Color Size matrix with Multibin. Seasonal and Lot Serial compatible. Summer 2008.
