Frank Bernal, MBA, MSIE, Senior Professional Services Manager

Frank began his career in 1989 and has held several manufacturing-focused positions at Motorola, including engineering manager, strategic planning manager, and program manager.

In 1998, he participated in an ERP implementation project that allowed him to learn many aspects of business process flow and how software and business functions interact.

In 2002, Frank began to work with customers on Sage products and joined the Southeast Computer Solution team shortly thereafter. He continues to provide project management, process improvement consultancy, and ERP implementation services, with an emphasis on distribution and manufacturing, to customers. As a project manager, he focuses on keeping the project on time and on budget as well as managing risk and scope. Frank also creates and follows project plans and maintains communication lines between the implementation team and project stakeholders. He has also produced and managed required documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Frank graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and from The University of Miami with two masters’ degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
